USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
After development time, rinse out the bleaching mixture thoroughly with lukewarm water and shampoo. Apply Blondor Blonde Seal & Care evenly to damp hair. Leave on for minimum 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
