90’s Inspired Bold Face Framing
Enrique Lamboy, Design Team Artist for Wella Professionals, demonstrates how to achieve the trending look inspired by the 90’s! This bold fringe can also be described as a money piece, but the difference in the overall look is the high color contrast from the face-framing versus the rest of the hair.
In the video below, Enrique shows you how to blend the bold pieces into the sides by adding a few diagonal back sections.
- The first look is step-by-step of a natural tone using the NEW Intense Natural Cool shades from Koleston Perfect to give this color a root smudge without the warmth. The shades he uses are: Koleston Perfect 55/02 and 77/02.
- The second look is a dramatic red version using Color Fresh Create Next Red and Koleston Perfect 55/66 for the root smudge and color melt.
