A Fast Foil Technique You’ll Love
If your client is only in need of a refresh and toner on their previous highlights, this foil application should take 20 minutes or less! You will use Blondor Multi Blonde Powder and a medium to fine weave foil placement while finishing with Blondor Toners Express Toning Service at the bowl.
Cindy’s Formula:
- Highlights: 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder + 2 parts Welloxon Perfect 30 Volume Crème Developer – processed for 30 minutes
- Rinsed, Shampooed, and Color Post Treatment – allow Color Post Treatment to sit on the hair for 5 minutes then rinse
- Toner: 1 ½ oz Pale Platinum /81 + 2 capfuls Brass Kicker + 3oz Welloxon Perfect Pastel Developer – processed for 10 minutes
- Rinsed, Shampooed, and Conditioned with Invigo Enrich
