Mix 1:1:1 for an all-over gloss, 1 part Illumina 10/81 + 1 part Welloxon Pastel developer 1.9% + 1 part Color Post Service. Briana chose this gloss formula because she only wanted to add an icy sheen without changing the other tones to create an #arcticblonde effect!
