What do you love about the pro beauty industry? The people. Everyone is so dedicated to their craft and is focused on making people feel special. In addition, I enjoy that there are so many diverse backgrounds in professional beauty, which bring a sense of inclusion that is welcoming for all.
What is the most meaningful part of your role? Driving customer satisfaction and improvements. I view data as the foundation of a successful logistical business, so I’m fortunate to be able to work with such a fantastic team to improve our data and business processes. It’s great getting positive feedback from our customers for consistently delivering and exceeding results.
What is a fun fact about you? I run marathons in my spare time, and I have dual Irish and American citizenship.
What is your favorite Wella, Nioxin, OPI, ghd, Clairol, Color Charm, Kadus or Sebastian Product and why? Although they are all great, I would go with Sebastian. I enjoy using the products catered to men from the SebMan line, especially the body wash and shaving cream.
