USAGE INSTRUCTIONS


1 - Use with Welloxon Perfect 6% developer in a 1:1 mixing ratio.


2 - Apply to dry hair using a bowl & brush or bottle applicator.


3 - Develop up to 10 minutes.


4 - Shampoo the hair and finish with your choice of Post-Color Treatment.
