What do you love about the professional beauty industry?
I love how we assist with some of the most important times in people’s lives. They rely on us to help them look and feel their best. We are there for weddings, birthdays, Graduations, speaking engagements, awards, baby showers, you name it.
What is the most meaningful part of your role?
The most meaningful part of education is helping the salon achieve its goals and be inspired by our Educators. When I see a salon that is really engaged during a class, it lets me know I picked the right BE. Even better when I get a note from the salon owner telling me how much they enjoyed the class.
What is a fun fact about you?
I’m a published author. I wrote a section in the book “Wedding Planning Perfection Tips & Secrets from Top Wedding Professionals”
Who is someone that inspires you most?
Shirley Gordon – She is an award-winning former Wella & Clairol Top Artist. She has won awards at both NAHA and Trend Vision. When I had the opportunity to work with her as an apprentice, I saw someone with a strong work ethic, passion, and drive.
What is your favorite product and why?
