Men’s Bleach & Tone
Have you ever wondered how one of your male clients would look with blonde hair? He has probably wondered the same thing but men are generally more shy or embarrassed to ask. Men who come in regularly for haircuts present a great opportunity to introduce new services like color and lightening. When it comes to lightening men’s hair, we love how an all-over bleach and tone creates a cool, modern effect that will have everyone asking him, “Who did your hair?!” So next time he comes in for his regularly scheduled haircut, ask him if he’s ever considered going blonde. He might surprise you!
FORMULA:
To achieve this look:
- Starting in the back of the head apply lightener ¼ inch away from the scalp to the ends. Work your way to the front of the head using the same application. Once you’ve completed this application, go back to the section you started working on and apply the same lightener formula on the scalp. Process for up to 50 minutes or until the desired level of lightness is reached.
- Create a triangle section at the front of the head. Use a medium weave and apply Chrome Olive in foils.
- Apply your toner formula on the rest of the hair and in between the foils. Process for 10 minutes.
#ProTip: Don’t rush through your application. Take thin sections and ensure proper saturation when applying lightener or toner even if the hair is short.
