Full-head application or gray coverage: Mix Illumina Color & Welloxon Perfect Developer in a 1:1 ratio and apply. Not recommended for mixing with Koleston Perfect. Blonde toning: Mix Illumina Color and Welloxon Perfect Pastel Developer in a 1:2 ratio and apply.
