As you might know, Wella is in the process of becoming a fully independent company once again, and as a result, there are important key dates we wanted to share with you to help with planning orders as we complete the transition at the end of this month.
NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE JANUARY 27TH, 2022 – FEBRUARY 6TH, 2022
Wellastore.com will be offline and unable to accept orders from January 27th through February 6th. Wellastore.com will come back online on February 7th, 2022 ready to accept your orders, and shipments of those orders will be between February 7-14, 2022. Note that there might be a slight delay in shipments as we ramp up our new systems.

REVIEW YOUR APPOINTMENT BOOK
Before January 27th we recommend reviewing your confirmed February appointments. Take note of your regular client’s color formulas and ensure you have everything you need to service your clients with their desired color successfully.
CALL YOUR CLIENTS
We recommend calling your existing and new clients ahead of their appointments to confirm their color preferences for their February appointments. Your clients may be looking to make a change to their color as we enter 2022! Calling your clients also allows you the opportunity to ask them if there are any care and styling products that they would like to purchase or replenish.
REFLECT ON LAST YEAR’S INVENTORY
One of the best ways to estimate your inventory needs for this February is to review last year’s appointment book and invoices. Your previous invoices will no longer be available, so be sure to download them before January 27th, 2022.
