MIXING + PROCESSING
Mix Wella Professionals Koleston Xpress in a 1:1 mixing ratio with Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer 6% (20 volume) for gray coverage and up to one level of lift, or 9% (30 volume) for gray coverage and up to two levels of lift. Apply quickly, starting at the highest concentration of gray hair and develop for ten minutes. Cleanse and follow with Wella Professionals Color Post Treatment to lock in color and shine. HOW TO: Apply Wella Service Post Color Treatment to damp hair. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
KOLESTON XPRESS APPLICATION TIPS: Prep and section hair prior to mixing color. Mix color immediately before application for optimal results. Apply Koleston Xpress with a bowl and brush, or a bottle applicator. Apply color quickly. The consistency of Koleston Xpress allows for fast and easy application, saving time in the salon and product efficiency.
HEAT OR NO HEAT? In most cases using Welloxon Perfect Cream Developer 6% (20 Volume) without heat for ten minutes will deliver up to 100% gray coverage. By using a controlled heat source with Koleston Xpress, the color result may intensify, without making the shade any darker. Thanks to Control-X Technology. A controlled heat source may be desired for coarse hair, however this does not reduce the total development time. Process Koleston Xpress for 10 minutes, under heat.

EXPRESS TONING: For quick and reliable, perfectly blended blonde results. Mix one part BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toners with two parts Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer 1.9% (6 volume). (1:2)
EXPRESS TONING + BASE BREAKING: For more intense toning and a gentle lift to the natural base. Lighten and brighten the look, while blending demarcation lines. Mix one part BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toners with two parts Welloxon Professionals Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer 3% (10 volume). (1:2)
APPLICATION
Begin application at the back of the head. Continue application through the mid section, finishing at the front hairline. Develop for five minutes. For quick results, apply BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toners at the basin to pre-shampooed hair.
SOFTER RESULTS: Mix BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toners in a 1:3 mixing ratio with Welloxon Perfect Pastel Creme Developer 1.9% (6 volume). Develop for five minutes.
APPLICATION: Choose your application method utilizing a bowl and brush or a color applicator bottle. For a more saturated finish, apply with a bowl and brush.
PROCESSING TIME: Extend development time for increased neutralization and tonal saturation.
ULTRA COOL BOOSTER: Customize any formula with Wella Professionals BlondorPlex Permanent Cream Toners /86 Ultra Cool Booster. Add 1-5 grams to 30 grams of a core shade for increased neutralization and tonal finish. (Watch out! /86 Ultra Cool Booster is intensely cool if used alone.)
#3: Blondor Permanent Liquid Toners
From balayage and highlights to all-over color, transform any starting level into a gorgeous blonde. Blondor Permanent Liquid Toners deliver reliable, true-to-tone results with non-progressive color that won’t over-deposit. This collection of toners offers five intermixable shades + a Brass Kicker additive to neutralize underlying pigments. Intermix shades to create versatile, custom formulas for every salon guest.
MIXING + PROCESSING
Pre-lighten the hair to approximately half a shade lighter than desired result. . Apply permanent liquid toners to towel-dried hair. Check frequently until desired results are achieved. Heat is not recommended.
EXPRESS PASTEL TONING
Mix in a 1:2 mixing ratio with Welloxon Perfect Pastel Developer 1.9% (6 volume) for 10 minutes.
BASE BREAK
Mix in a 1:2 mixing ratio with Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer 6% (20 volume) for up to 30 minutes.
KICK SOME BRASS Brass Kicker can be added to any Blondor Permanent Liquid Toner shade to reduce warmth.
HOW TO USE: Mix 1 capful up to 3 capfuls of Brass Kicker with one bottle of Blondor Permanent Liquid Toner. For every 1 capful of Brass Kicker, add two capfuls of developer (1:2 mixing ratio).
#PROTIP: One capful of Brass Kicker measures approximately 2 grams.
